The seatwise.org website belongs to Seatwise, a table booking system for restaurants. This policy explains what data we receive through the website and how we handle it.
When you leave a request, we receive the name, phone number and restaurant name you provide. If you agree to analytics cookies, we also receive anonymised visit data: pages viewed, traffic source, device and browser type.
Request data is used to contact you, answer your questions and help you connect Seatwise. Analytics helps us understand which parts of the website are useful and improve it. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Necessary cookies remember your language and your cookie choice — the website does not work properly without them. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Meta Pixel) are loaded only after your consent. You can change your choice at any time via the «Cookie settings» link at the bottom of the page.
Data is processed by providers the website cannot work without: hosting and protection (Cloudflare), and analytics services if you have consented. Requests are delivered to the Seatwise team by email and messenger.
Requests are kept as long as needed to communicate with you and no longer than three years. Analytics data is kept under the rules of the respective services.
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your analytics consent. To do so, give us a call.
Data that restaurants keep in the Seatwise service itself (bookings, guests, staff) is processed under the agreement with the restaurant and is not covered by this website policy.
