No. Seatwise works without a POS too: you can draw halls and tables in the floor plan editor. The iiko integration is enabled when you need it.
An iikoCloud API key for your organisation. You can create it in iikoWeb or get it from your iiko dealer. Seatwise then loads organisations, terminal groups and halls on its own.
No. Seatwise bookings are created as reserves in iiko, and POS reserves come into Seatwise. An occupied table won't be offered again for the same time.
No, Seatwise works in the browser on a computer, tablet and phone. Updates arrive automatically.
